Post op gas?
The hospital gave me Senokot and Colace when I was discharged. Smooth move tea is senna... and would have been a duplicate.
Be careful about natural remedies; know what's in them before you start taking them. :)
Also, that's for bowels... GasX is for the gas they pump your body with to inflate you during surgery (like a balloon so they can work). It will come out naturally, as you walk and toot.
