I am sending you lots of big hugs. I will keep you in my prayers also. I have to agree with everyone here. We are only human and when things get tough in our life it is human to go back to things that brought us what we thought of as love and acceptance. Now we know differently and so do you because you know that you need help in dealing with things going on in your life and now you will act on it. I just have to remember sometimes that I get my love from other people and things in my life now and I don't need to do my old habits. Keep on plugging away and things will be getting better I do believe. Keep us posted and if you need us here we are with love and hugs always.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

I am right there with you.  No kicks from me.   The problem with falling into the old habits is that right down that trail is the thought.  "Oh, well, I will never succeed.  May as well give up!"  I, too, have been so lax since before the holidays.  Time to straighten myself up and get back on track.  One thing I know I need is to keep coming here where my soul sisters (and brother) are.  I forget to go to the source of strength.  I am so glad I came today and that you bravely posted.   Hugs, Dorothy E.

Ya know, I think of how sometimes I have to unscrew a jarlid that is on crooked in order to get it to work right. Don't let that head fall off completely! Not making light of things as I'm in need of "re-screwing" right now too. Did I just say that? Oh my. . . . What I mean is, I have gotten a bit lazy and haven't been paying close attention. I know what I need to do, you do too so let's get back to it. One of my favorite sayings is something like this:  "The failure is not in the falling down; it is in the not getting up!"  So get up, dust yourself off, and start forward again. We do understand. I'm in the same boat.  I've been eating way too much and way to often.  I'm trying like crazy to get back on track.  Once the evil monster has been let out of the box, it's hard to get him back in.  Here's to both of our success!    Let's do it! Wanda
