Yay Baybeeee....and a holidday, I have gratitude!
We now have spyware at work where they see EVERYTHING we do on the 'puter, so no more checking in until I get home. One more once of freedom gone!
B- Cheese Sticks, Ornage L- 5 Grain Beef meal and Cheddar D- Taco Chicken (from Dreamgirl), and Steamed,lemon Spinach S- Orange, Banana Rock On!!!!!
I'm mixing it up today with my diet...
B - egg salad and flaxseed toast
L - turkey slices, sm. salad, c. cheese/jello
D - chicken thigh, cooked carrots
S - S/F pudding with extra protein, dab of lite cool whip
Planning to work out in the yard some more today...so should get extra exercise.

All I could manage was 1/4 of it but was very happy to actually have a sandwich for a change. Nice change of pace. Tom took the remainder to work for a snack. Note "snack", not lunch.
The watermellon was so good. That will be on my snack list later today. Probably chicken for dinner. There is a bowl of cucumbers, green peppers, and tomatos marinating in vinegar/oil for my veggie. Lunch ????

Holiday, what holiday? I have to work. Have never had Memorial Day off.
Yesterday the sky opened up here! OMG, the rains came and came and
my usual 20 minute drive home took almost an hour, going less than 5 mph - could hardly see the car in front of me. This morning the sun is shining and it's beautiful out!
George didn't get home until after 10:30 last night. He's going in late this morning. I didn't have too much alone time, Danny got home from work around 8, and GIII stopped by around 9:30. Danny signs papers on his house this afternoon. He won't be moving in right away - he wants to do some painting and fixing up. It's bittersweet, I'm happy for him that he found a nice place, close to Ethan, but I'm going to miss having him around. It's back to an empty nest.
B - hard boiled egg and yogurt
S - protein shake
L - Yep, catfish again with salad
S - protein shake
D - either stuffed bell pepper or roast beef and some kind of veggie, maybe a small salad
S - cheese and crackers or protein shake
