IFF (It's friggin Friday)!!! I am being naughty! I am off today, I took off almost every Friday through October, for this is how long our summer is....smile.
B- Cheese and Mushroom Omellete L- Roast Beef and Provolone Rolls and Dill Pickle D- Baked Chicken and Stirfried Cabbage with Onion and Hickory Smoked bacon (for seasoning only) S- Fruit Salad made in Jello

B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk & 1/2 banana
S: 1/2 c. chocolate cherry cottage cheese pudding
L: 2 oz. shrimp, 1/4 c. Asian cucumber salad
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ berries & mango
D: 2 oz. fish, 1/4 c. spinach
S: 4 oz SF pudding
