Good Morning All!! Have to travel to Madison for work today...will be a 12-13hr day, off tomorrow but not to much celebration cuz have to get up at 0500 to work Saturday. "Riverfest"going on in LaCrosse this week/weekend..hope to get there tomorrow for a little while. B- Protein shake S-wasabi almonds L-turkey/cheese/spinach wrap with whole grain wrap D-not sure yet..I'll have to bring it along. Have a great weekend everyone!! Alice

I know better than to let the stress get to me, so why do I keep slipping into the same trap? If I'd remember to drink like I should, there wouldn't be room for all the junk. I am determined to do better today even though we have a Zephyr's game tonight. If need be, I'll bring a protein bar or buy a hamburger and eat only the meat (I've done this before and been satisfied. We're up for another rough day at work - 3 out, so it's the business manager, his assistant, and me to cover for all the docs, answer the phones, etc.
B - meat and cheese from Jr. Lunchable and 1/2 a small banana
S - protein shake
L - spag sauce with cheese
S - yogurt
D - at the game - definitely some peanuts and a burger or protein bar
S - turkey and cheese or protein shake
