Sousa, ahhhh a simpler place and time for sure, and so much of who we are. I am proud of our baby country, we are so young!
I am working on the unsuckiness too girl!! I can not control others though...darn it!! LOL. You know when our babies hurt, we hurt, from the cradle to the grave.
Life is grand though, and I shall swim and laugh later, when the sun goes down some..it is about 110 right now!

Oh Linda *bunches of hugs*, Im so sorry that you are struggling...seems like we all have our challenges...Im struggling to get back to more protein, less "easy" stuff to eat. Sometimes, I just dont eat til late in the day because Im so busy and thats bad too.
This is my challenge for today:
B protein shake w/ skim milk=30 grams protein (done)
S cheese and grapes = 12 grams protein(done)
L salad w/chicken, seeds, nuts, & FF SF dressing = 25 grams protein(done)
S cheese & an orange = 12 grams of protein
D chicken & asparagus = 22 grams protein
S skinny cow mini-fudgicles (50 calories each)
