HI LINDA,
YOU SOUND GREAT!!  I LIKE DOING THAT ONCE IN A WHILE WHEN I GET OUT OF THE SHOWER.  :)
JOY

* Our family is a circle of love and strength. With every birth and every union, the circle grows. Every joy shared adds more love. Every obstacle faced together makes the circle stronger. The love of a family is life's greatest blessing.

Now there's the spirit, Joy. I think that is why babies take their diapers off, they know what feels good!
I am making friends with my new body, it is a good thingf for me to do, because I found myself upset with my new body. I should just feel gratitude, but let's face it, for some reason I did not come out looking like Marilyn Monroe, more like a deflated Mama Cass, whom I loved.
Hugs to you, I like your pic!

Hello sweet sister, I think after our new lifestyle becomes 2nd nature, we do not have to commit every meal, I commit mine to God every day, I bet you do too!
I bend, I ate a banana the other day that was not on my menu, but a gift from my daughter...Gasp!!
LOL...I am so grateful for my new life, and once again rising above the grips of the devil, through the love of my Father, and a little help from my friends.
Have a banging, laughing, tickle me Elmo day, dear Brenda!

Hi Linda Lou!

Just had my cottage cheese and blueberries for lunch.

Will BBQ some country style spare ribs and have a little corn on the cob for dinner.

Yogurt and kashi for B, and S.

Some cherries and some kinda protein for my other meal/snack.
Have started carrying hand weights on the treadmill and have sped it up a bit. Doing it everyday. Scale isn't moving down but as long as it doesn't go up I'm good.

Hope you are enjoying the day.
Hope all is going better with you and yours...
How's work?
Miss ya...
Cheryl
