Happy Tuesday part One. I hope Annette is recovering well. I got to talk with Connie D, better than therapy for me...smile.
B- Western Style eggs L- Roasted Chicken with Steamed Broc Florets D- Chef's Salad,1 slice Soy Wheat Toast S- Apple and Peanut Butter

Morning Linda,

I am taking a sick day today fighting off a bad cold and have a sore throat with asthma acting up. I have got to get back down to basics and get the carbs back under control. Took 2 days off of my treadmill as I was just feeling crappy so will start that back maybe tomorrow if I feel better.
Will be eating cottage cheese and blueberries today between naps and movie watching...NO CHORES...

Cheryl,I hope you get to feeling better.My grandson had the heaves last night,and there is a general crud. My asthma and allergies are running amuck!!
Feel better soon, and pamper yourself today for sure.

Good morning beautiful Linda and all you other beautiful ladies, let's not forget the handsome men in our presence!  Busy weekend as I posted on What's New.  I'm exhausted but happy.

B - 1/2 lunchable (turkey, cheese, and crackers)
S - protein shake
L - crawfish stew and roasted carrots
S - cheese
D - fresh fish we caught Sat., salad, and maybe some taters
S - protein shake or peanut butter and a couple of crackers

Lots of fluids!  With all the sun this weekend, I'm feeling a bit dry and don't want to get dehydrated.

I have been home and lazy as heck, I want to move,or run away, gotta figure which...grin.

hi linda!!!! well i said i would post on here when i moved...been here one week already and now the get back on track begins!!!!

b. coffee with any whey protein added in it

l. tuna fish with cottage cheese

s. left over pork roast with carrots and celery

s. cottage cheese and jello

xtra snack....rick...yummmy!!!!! LOL

Happy Tuesday ??? thought today was monday....lol sorry had to get you on this...(((linda)))

Hello my wonderful friend Linda!!

It was very special to have been able to talk with you. You are even more amazing in person!!

I too am battling a cold/asthma. I am feeling so drained and just plain pooped out! I slept until 9:30AM....I only do that when I am sick.
I am making a few necessary phone calls for my job today and then am going back to bed!!

L and D- unknown...something protein for sure
S-fruit??

Yes...I always am sure to get my protein, water, and necessary calcium, vitamins etc. in.......no matter how crappy I feel.
