I make these Turkey Meatballs and put them in the fridge.  You can heat them up or eat them cold, your choice.  I normally eat them cold.

1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Egg
3/4 c. Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 onion diced
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Steak Sauce to taste
Worsty sauce (sorry can't spell the full name)
Any other spices you like

Mix all together.  Put 1" balls on greased cookie sheets.  I used a melon baller to shape them.  Cook at 350 for 20-25 min.

I made 29 meatballs with this recipie and the nutrition came out like this (per meatball):
36 Cal; 1 Fat; 2 Carb; 4 Protien

This recipie can be easily adapted and you can add anything you would like to your taste.  I have made them easily half a dozen times and never used the same things twice.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

George....I think these would be great to keep on hand. I would think they would freeze well.
I love to use turkey whenever I can. Thanks for giving us the nutrition amounts too.

My favorite snack is by a company called Barrys Bakery.  It is called French Twists.  The web site is www.barrysbakery.com  They are low sugar & taste delicious!  They are 60 calories for a large twist and really worth it!

Sorry I am late, just got home.

take a can or garbanzo beans, rinse, lay out on cookie sheet, sprinkle with seasoning of your choice, like garlic salt, or all seasons.....bake in slow oven on about 250 degrees, turning about every 30 mins. Coo****il crunchy like corn nuts.
