Okay,

So, I am not blocked, even though I can't go to the bathroom, but my pouch is inflammed from all the steroids that I've had to take because of my asthma.  I'm on pepcid, carafate, and reglan and hopefully in a day or two, I'll be able to eat again.  Thanks everyone for the good thoughts.  In three days I lost six pounds, but I'm not liking that I cannot eat.

Jeannie,

I have missed you, I am glad to hear you are on the mend. I too have asthma, pretty severe, and landed in the hospital because of steroids for the asthma...not fun...I suck on the rescue inhalor everyday...
I hope yours is under control and that you can eat a nice bit of something you love to eat soon...

Take Care,
Cheryl

Jeannie,

Ouchies! That's not a good way to lose weight. I was wondering what happened to you.

I hope the new meds help the hurting pouch. What does your surgeon recommend for constipation? I know that is a problem for many but each doctor has a different "cure".

Glad you aren't blocked Jeannie!  Hopefully that gut full (sorry couldn't resist the sick humor) will make your new gut feel good as new soon!

Darlin', I'm sure glad you're not blocked, but this is the pits!  Hope you get it all under control soon. Aren't you close to goal?  Six pounds is a lot for you to lose in a week, much less three days. Please take care.....Are you able to get liquids in? Don't want you dehydrated on top of it all.

Me thinks a sweet tater will make it all better

Hugs

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
