Hi Vera, you look great!! Congrats on getting the scale moving again. Just a few questions from one recent lap-bander to another, please.....Have you had a fill yet? Are you keeping a food journal? I was wondering approximately how many calories you are getting in daily. I've lost 31 pounds, but I think I have hit a plateau, tho the inches are coming off like mad! I have not had a fill yet, and still have 3 weeks to go til that first one. I'm definitely hungrier these days.

Cara,
I have had one fill and it really helped. I actually emailed the PA in my dr office and told her that I seemed to be stuck and that I was getting hungry quicker and it did not seem like my meal was lasting more that 1.5 to 2 hours and I was ready to eat again and they moved my appointment up. Like the next day!!! The fill has really helped. I must confess that I have not been keeping a journal like I should. I am trying to get in the habit but it is really hard for me. I am working out more and I also feel like when the scales were not moving I was losing inches so I measured to find out and sure enough they were disappearing.
I would call or email my Dr office if you feel that you need the fill early.
Thanks for the compliments and good luck to you.

It is often difficult to have a 'before' picture taken, but how exciting to compare the results of HARD work! Good job!!
