IT'S WEDNESDAY - What's new with you?

I decided not to go.  But, if you want an autographed copy, I will have no problem getting it when the season comes around.  He is one of the most accomodating ballplayers I have met.  I have 2 baseballs with his autograph.  My son has 3, I think.  One of them was a personal one to his wife.  She was in the hospital having her hysterectomy and my grandson asked Josh to sign for her.  He asked her name and personalized it, even putting "Get well soon" on the ball.  He came a long way, but he gets it more than most ballplayers.

Yeah, if it happens, that would be great. If not, that's OK too. I found his story in Sports Illustrated very fascinating ... fit into something I was going through at the time with my overspending.

Eileen,

I can't think of any new suggestions for you. My first thought was that often indicates a possible health problem such as a UTI. A change in their diet, different brand of litter, or just needing more attention seems to trigger that in my house. With the exception of Annie who likes to pee on new telephones --- period.

You have been under stress and experiencing more pain lately. She could be sensing your mood and thinking she is giving you a distraction.

Mine all have different ways of communicating. I can't always figure out what is happening without pulling my hair out and wanting to flush them down the toilet.

It does get frustrating. Good luck!

Good Morning George and everyone......

George ......I just love the recaps you do....thank you so much!

My daughter is still mad....she is going to contact the superintendent of schools today. She also is going to make sure that none of this mess was entered in my granddaughter's records. Ky wants to go to college and doesn't need that kind of thing on her record.

Margo......I wish you the best on the new application you filled out...hope you get the position. Prayers continue sweetie!!

Judy....yay....you are now an official resident of the state!! Hope Rick is doing better....he needs to look for a new job if his boss keeps jerking him around. He should of had that insurance long ago. His boss is just playing him along and offering him things so he doesn't quit. I would insisit he gives him a date for insurance in writing or else ...tata!! he has been there long enough and he deserves that much.

Pat R.......you made me laugh at the horse and buggy comment. Car repairs are getting so rediculous in cost.....not a bad idea at all!!

I best get my things together. I have a presentation to do at a  1:00PM meeting today.

I need to shop for a winter jacket later today. My old ones I can wrap around me at least three times!! I am going up north to a cabin with some girlfriends for the weekend....it will be cold!!

Have a wonderful and blessed day everyone. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Love and hugs......connie d

Yesterday was very busy I went and got the truck and car plates. WOW California really stuck it to us on our plates for the truck over $1000.00 for this year. Of course after i paid the fees I learned we could get Disabled Vet plates and that would save the fees. It was just a shock to go from $97.00 to over $1000.00. The biggest part is the weight fee.

Today I go for an interview with Cigna in a town a ways away. I understand it is a good company to work for and half hope I get hired. The other half hope that I don't is the commute and I have been told that the fog is bad here. I don't know about driving in fog, I have driven in blinding snow and ice but fog.

Well that is all that is going on here, hoping to get a call or IM from DD. Have a great day all.

My name is Orifiel but my friends call me Angel which is my middle name.

That's the way you do it here Angel.  Jump in with both feet.  Hope you find the employment that meets your needs/desires.

What kind of truck were you registering? 1 grand??  My car registration in Texas is $54 a year.  Inspection is $39 I think.

Good Afternoon George & OFF Family!

3 hours of sleep?  Oh My!  I am not a pleasant person on less than 5 hours, which is about what I average on workdays (5-6) and weekends I try to sleep until my body wakes me up, which is usually between 7 and 8 hours. . .  Somehow, though, your personality comes across as being a pretty even keeled one, so I'll bet you survived just fine.  One of the things I have noticed, however, is that many post-ops seem to have the same sleep problems, meaning that many seem to suffer from insomnia and since I had the problem some years back I hope not to ever have to deal with it again. . .  I wonder what the cause is?  Any ideas?

Brrrr, it's getting chilly out there these days and somehow I'm just not ready for this cold.  I've had to put the heat on, hard to believe we're in the last half of October already. . .

Well I'm here at work, reading about all of your lives and activities, sounds like most of us are pretty busy, my day today consists of the normal workday routine for me and as for the after work part, that entails the gym tonight, though my gym buddy told me the other day that she believes I need to do something different for my cardio, as she feels I have maxxed out on the treadmill, so I'm going to see about the areobic classes that they offer, in the past I was always intimidated by those classes.

Hoping that whatever you need to do today, it is met with a successful outcome and if you are facing stuggles, I am sending

Hugs, prayers and positive thoughts out for all of my OFF Family!

Laureen

Hi All,
Well my daughter and her boyfriend are moved into their apartment finally.
I guess my sister in law is comming home to fend for herself. I dont know what the social worker has up her sleeve but My sister in law cant be alone anymore and The social worker asked Carl and I if we would move back to Chicago. I said what part of hell No do you not understand!!!!!
The social worker doesnt even listen to the family only my sister in law. She sure did the Lynnie show this past 2 weeks. She is stayingin the hospital rehab 3 more days then home. I think they are nuts for letting her go home on restrictions. She wont listen.
They are going to try to find her a roommate to help with exspensises but that wornt work cause My sister in law will abuse it. She cant keep up her end of the deal.
So the sparks will fly this next few weeks.
I worked today from 9 to 5 and wasnt busy again. I hope it pickes up soon.
Enough of my drama for one day.
