Secret Pal

Thank you secret Pal for the cute pencil cup.  I love that it has places for pictures and that you put pictures from Frankenmuth on it.   I'm hoping it will encourage me to stay on track with my program.  This package today has helped lift me out of the blues....it came when i needed it most.   I think I may wear my bavarian hat the rest of the day to make me smile!

Today has been a good food day for me too.
