Need input from wise sisters/brother

Aloha Jean......and thank you for your words of wisdom and support. I'm guessing the small plane will be out......but I am going to ask my surgeon tomorrow. Maybe he'll surprise me and say "go for it.!"

I feel a sense of relief after these posts and a direction I didn't have this morning. I am so grateful.

yes- you will need help-i speak from reading everyone else's answers! haha!sure have no experience here!!!  but--i mean,however, i really think that you should somehow just fly on the regular flight-specially if kaiser is paying--what if....what if something goes wrong with your incison etc due to the small plane??? who will be responsible for your care if you should have to go back to hospital etc???/ and how would your friend feel if something happened ???

perhaps they can help in some other way? as you suggested...maybe he could fly her over there and you could fly back together??or have them meet you back at maui airport??? you get the picture! i am sure that their gift could be in some other form...a few dinners in the freezer or run an errand for you or something......

anyhow- just a thought...guess i am so used to what ifs from everything with michael...and liability........
