Its Monday, December 1st. Whats New with all of you!!!!!
Yeah, I had to check it out to e-mail them and see if I had to reschedule my yearly appointment ... they took it with them, though, so I'm good.
You know what I did? At two years out, I was stalled ... I did a two protein supplement, one regular meal diet a day for two weeks (their supplements) ... I had an AchievOne in the morning, a Lean Cuisine for lunch, and chili or spaghetti or tomato soup for dinner ... did that for two weeks, had bars or soybeans for snacks. In those two weeks, my stall was over, I was below 200 pounds (maybe this was in between year one and two, I can't remember ... but I was trying to get down below 200 pounds). And I never looked back. Yeah, it was in January of 2006 I did that. I really struggled to get below 200 for several months and it seemed nothing I did worked (although that also was the time my back was really acting up and I wasn't exercising as much as I was in the beginning).
Now, I just wish I could be back exercising at all. I feel like such a slug. Just hauling out my Christmas decorations has to count as exercise ... boy, did I hurt!
