Prayers For my Daughter Please

Our daughter burned her eye with her curling iron. NOT her eye-lid, her CORNEA! This happened about 4 hours ago. She was in Eugene on business. She lives and works near Portland, the Corp. offices are in Eugene. Curling her hair in the hotel room when it happened. She called the office secretary who went and got her and took her to the ER. They doped her up, did what they could, put a patch over it and she is on her way to an eye specialist. She can't see out of that eye and she is still in great pain, even with the drugs. The specialist will find out how bad the damage is and if it is permanent.

It is times like this that I wish we still lived close to them!! Her husband is on his way down there, but I want to be there and hug her!

Oh My Gosh, That does sound very painful. I am sorry you can't be with her. I sure wil pray that there will be no permanant damage..Huggs

Oh no! So sorry to hear!!! That must hurt like heck. I've already sent up a prayer for her speedy recovery and that she has no permanent damage to her eye.
