Linda, arthritis is not a good thing to have. I know this for a fact and the only thing that I can say to you is to make sure that you do what you have to do. Whether that is a cane or whatever just make sure you do it. Life as I know it now (you would have never heard me say this when I was younger that is for sure!) is to make sure that you are safe and if fashion plays a part of it that is great and if not oh well such is life!!

I am glad that your labs a good and so you must be doing something right our dear sweet Linda.

Food today is different. I am picking up my sister and we will do lunch out so not sure on that one. By the time I get home and comfortable I am not going to do much for dinner either. Bill understands and that is a good thing. He is easy to please most of the time. Notice I said most and not always! We can only wish for our DH to be easy to please ALL of the time! In my dreams for sure!

B: 3 cheese sticks and some milk
L: not sure on where we are eating
D: who knows~anyone's guess is better than mine!
S: sf pudding or something like that

I hate days like this. I am one that usually likes things spelled out for me even if something changes during the day to make it a bit different. Sometimes being in a rut is good for me.

I am keeping you and yours in prayers. Please make sure you take care of yourself and know that I am sending big hugs and lots of sister love your way!

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Perfect Labs is fantastic....  falling down isn't...    Take care of yourself...

I've really had to plan my 6 mini meals each day.  Especially when I don't want to be fixing food all the time.
I made a large pot of oatmeal with cranberries in it.  That will give me something to eat when I get up in the morning.  I have cottage cheese and fruit available for my second breakfast.

Then for my first lunch I have made a large pot of chili w/cheese & onion, then my second lunch is  part of a protein bar or fruit.

Thick soup with cheese or meat and veggies for my Dinners.

Boy, getting the water in has been more of a hassle too.  I do feel better and have not had my blood sugar drop.  Sheeesshhhh  it's still all about food.... lol

Remember in the movie Lord of the Rings when the hobbits talked about their meals.  They had first second and third breakfasts, and lunches?   Well, that is what comes to mind for me when I figure out my menu...lol

Have a very Blessed day

Millie
