Had my two-year checkup

I had my two year checkup (2 months late due to scheduling) yesterday. It was so much fun!

The surgeon called me a "poster child" for VSG surgery. Commended me on losing over 100%of my EBW. Reinforced my maintenance plans and current eating. Introduced me to some pre-ops and told them, "This is an example of what you can accomplish with surgery and determination." Geez - made me blush but I was so proud and happy - and wanted to share that with all of you!

Life is pretty darned good! Janet gets a great annual review, Marc gets a new job, Reggie is wearing a size 14... excellent work everyone!

Thanks Marc! I think your knee pain and your surgery just got in the way of your momentum. I bet the new job and new daily activity requirements of that job will jump start your loss.
