Don't men ever grow up?

Girl, I'm glad I'm married and don't have to deal with all that dating drama. 

It sucks hun! I thought things would be a lot diffrent at 55 and slimmed down!!! The only difference is I am getting more offers! and not the kind I had hoped for!!!

If you lived in the one horse town that I do , you would get offers of a horse in exchange :) for company and not even dindin,,
Not alot of single men here and the ones that are ,   well........  you would prefer the horse....OH DID I SAY THAT  :(

Well, I am in a fairly large city and oh boy ... slim pickins hun ... especially over 50.

A girl from Minn met a guy from the South (Ala ) and they recently got married ,,,,They are on the Ala board .. Love happens even miles apart.  Dont give up , just keep looking until you find the right one ...GELDING OR NOT LOL :)
All joking aside, patience will help you find the right one ,,, When i was looking I lacked in patience but LACK of finding help me find some and I actually met a guy online at Match that I talked with for 4 months even before we met.
Yep , we are getting married and have been together in a dating relationship for almost 4 years now.
He was an hour away but love knows no distance actually .

In answer to your question, "Do men ever grow up?"...the answer is NO!!

If you would like my opinion~tho it is late~is that NO the men that I know never grow up. The only growing that I see is the middle age spread on some of them.

I say that MOST men are just bigger kids. They grow taller and that is about it as I see it.

Such bashers!  LOL

That being said, me personally, I hope I never grow up. 

Now George ... You and Marc do not count ... you are both happily married guys (and nice guys at that). I very much appreciate your manly input. VERY MUCH! I will use your advice and see what happens. I just thought 50 + males would be "different" ... if you know what I mean???? Thanks so much George!

As for dating....I am very up front...I turned Dwayne down many times before we became intimate. He was very patient and said it made him care for me even more!!

Stick with your standards/values. If the guy really cares about you he won't just walk away.
