Hello and a special shout out to the folks in the winter wonderland area. We are still hitting 70 here...
B- cottage cheese and peaches L-Talapia,and a light salad. D- Stir fried Chicken with onions, and Chinese style veggies. S-Crisp apple,I am so enjoying my apples..
This is the most depressing part of the year,I am trying to prevent this from happening,so far,so good. Awareness helps, takes some of the fire away from the dragon. Thanks for being here, you guys are truly my rock!!

Good morning.
Sunday -
Breakfast was 2 eggs with 1 oz cheese.
Drank 100 oz of CL (all day)
Lunch - Pork Loin and garlic potatoes
Supper - Turkey casserole.
Snack - cheese all day long.
Also - 2 oz chex mix.
I don't know if I should really post on here. I am struggling to maintain. My doc does not want me to lose any more. So I eat and don't worry about it. Just make sure I weigh every day. Since June, I have been between 205 and 211 every single day. My goal was 220.

Good morning to you, Linda and I am honored to be known as part of your rock~even if it just a bit of dust amongst the rest. I would do anything I can to help you, you are a very important part of my daily life.
Bill is working days today. So the good thing is he is going to be home for supper tonight. That always makes it nice. He is usually gone when I fix it and when I eat. It is nice to share a meal with him once in a while.
His boss is having a meeting in Chicago and we both think that she is getting fired. The new company is getting rid of a lot of people including the big boss from around here. He was the territory manager and got fired last week. Bill was told that his supervisor is next. Then they told Bill that they thought he would become the new manager for the coke plant. That would mean more money, better insurance, sick days and personal days. At least that was how it was with the old company and this one seems so much better than that one. All good things come to those that wait upon the Lord. We have waited for a long time and maybe our time has come. I sure hope so. Bill could use a boost in his positive thoughts. He sometimes is his worst enemy.
B: oatmeal
S: apple
L: chili from Wendy's
S: not sure on that one yet
D: fish and veggies
S: sf pudding or some such thing like that
I hope that your day goes well. Keep a smile on your pretty face and know that you are loved~not only by God but by many people on here too. I am sending love and big hugs to you and special prayers are being said for you and yours.

Brenda, sounds like you and Bill have been blessed in these times of jobs being so unstable...smile.
Did Bill get the Christmas tree up. I think it is great that you get to do a sit down meal with your hubby. It is good for your morale too..
Your menu looks good, and your heart sounds light.
I believe we all hold each other up.
Posting, giving away my food for the day, takes it off my shoulders. I do not know if I will lose more weight. I am in George's range, and almost 6 feet tall,it doesn't matter. I could get a panni, payed by the insurance, but surgery is surgery, and this girl can't see herself running for surgery, unless my life is in danger!
Much love and many blessings to you, sister Brenda.

linda i don't post cuz i am so bad about what i eat-and so i only hold myself accountable for not losing right now--i am so worried about keeping my iron levels up and my protein so that i can do my plasma donation that i cannot focus on anything else!this morning's breakfast was a huge ol chunk of beef seared til almost medium inside-nothing else-about the size of a playing card - and that will help my iron....
anyhow- wanted to say thanks for you doing this thread and also i can well understand the depression aspect and with winter coming i have been dreading what it does to me -and worse-what it does to my michael.....who has already started trying to argue this morning.....
hugs to you special one-and prayers!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Hiya Margo, you can post here anytime you want to. The part of the thread that says "what's eating us",gives feedback and quick support to our brothers and sisters,as we share and watch out for the food dragon, that is so tied to what we eat.
All of us here stay out of people's plates, unless they ask for feedback.
I hope you and DH survive the winter...
Now,what is wrong with protein?? It is the basis of what we eat..
Hugs and many blessings to you, dear Margo.
I think it s quite noble of you to donate plasma.
