Ahhh, Miss Linda... I am glad I live alone right now - the porn foods don't come in my house - the negative emotions are out - it is just me... Simple... except for work days which plays havoc with my sleep schedule - my eating and my fluid intake...ummm - maybe I need to give up the work thing. Can't do it and pay the bills though LOL
Take care of yourself today. You are important.
I have no idea what I will eat today - breakfast is usually a shake - my band is tight in the mornings and I can't get anything solid in.
I am going to water aerobics and the grocery store, so will take a yogurt with me for the car after swim.

I too have the "bread" demon. I don't beat it as well as you do though. I think it keeps me battling the same 3 lbs and I am always worried I won't be able to control it the little I do now. It is my drug...
So....I know how that bread can call your name and make you feel good for the moment...
I am home sick till Monday....
I read your posts everyday though...just can't bring myself to post about my "toast"

Hope the negative energy has subsided for you....
Thinking about you...
Cheryl
