Hi all,
I just spoke to Eileen. She is doing ok, having pain in the back of her leg. She has a pump for pain she can use every ten minutes or so. She is using it. She has not seen her doctor yet so she doesn't know what they found or ended up doing. She told me they used "twilight" and she woke up twice, the first time, she heard a saw going (yuk!) the second time she had been intubated (double yu****ach time they gave her more anesthesia to put her back in twilight. She is nauseous as they fed her chicken and dumplings for dinner. She said she couldn't eat much of it. I told her I'd call her later tonight or tomorrow and she said to call tomorrow am as by then she should have seen the doctor and should know something.
Keep her in your prayers that this will fix the problems she has been having with her knee.

I JUST GOT HOME AFTER BEEN OUT OF TOWN.CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL THIS CHRISTMAS IS OVER.TELL EILEEN PRAYER IS WITH HER.I KNOW HOW IT FEEL TO HAVE THOSE KNEES WORK ON.I HAVE HAD 3 DONE SO FAR 2 ON THE RIGHT AND 1 ON THE LEFT.SOMETIMES I FEEL THE LEFT ONE DOES NOT WANT TO GET WELL.I HAVE TRY EVERYTHING THE TELL DR ME.BUT AFTER THAT 48 HOUR I WAS FEELING.TELL HER TO GIVE IT THAT LONG SHE WILL BE FEELING BETTER.I WILL PRAYER AND ASK GOD TO DO THIS NOW FOR HER.
