Marc's New Shoes
I think the shoes are doing pretty good.... my feet are still killing me at the end of the day, but the reality is that I am once again over 300 pounds .... and walking on concrete all day. I have to get this weight off again so my feet and knee will feel better... bottom line - too heave to feel good no matter what shoe I have.
From what I gather from talking to others is that there really is no such thing as a "comfortable" steel toed shoe..... "tolerable" seems to be the very best one can hope for... Lots of guys at work complain about their feet hurting, so I am definetly not alone in this...
Thanks for asking Miss Barbara... It made me feel great to know someone was thinking about me

hey marc...i know what you mean with sore feet after being on them all day long!! i found a foot cream at bath and body works...its TRUE BLUE SPA MEGA MINT made with peppermint oil and its a massage cream. might want to get yourself some and try a foot massage every night and see if it helps...i know it does my feet good!!!
also my dad always had foot troubles...he was a bratender and i noticed he wore hush puppies and i guess they felt best on his feet...not sure if they have steel toes or not...
happy new year!!!
hugs
Having sore feet is really miserable.
I have suffered with plantar facitis for well over 20 years (one foot only thank goodness) and the last time I went to the Podiatrist (this autumn) it took 2 seperate cortizone shot sessions to tame it down. I will know in a couple months if ligament repair surgery is going to have to be done.
