What we are eating and what's eating us.Saturday!
I must join the others and say how gorgeous you look Linda....WOW !
And for the goal set by your doctor... well, that is just a chart. It is what makes you feel good. And that is the only *goal* that matters.
Today: Muscle Milk Light, no sugar added 100 calorie shake - mocha latte flavor - so good.
I will work tonight, so the rest of my food plan is a BSN lean dessert protein shake on the way to work, 1/2 cup of tuna salad with cheese stick and maybe a few whole wheat crackers, 1/2 cup fluffy orange cottage cheese stuff, 3/4 cup baked ricotta. I always take more than I eat, but I would rather have the things I need there than to be without and be tempted to get the food that is ordered for take out.... I will take a clementine, too and some blueberries, and another mocha latte.
So far today, I have been able to do my arm exercises - I am trying to tone up some of the flab there... and I have walked on the treadmill 15 minutes. Got one load of laundry done and the dishwasher cleaned out. Back to bed for a couple of hours. It is hard the first night back to work. I slept good last night, but know I can't stay up until tomorrow morning at this stage of the game....
