Good morning beautiful Linda! Hope you get that appetite thing worked out soon!1 Ya can't keep going like that!

Im still being good after that pouch test. We went to McDonalds after church last night,,everyone goes,,and I only could hold a half of a bunless cheeseburger..! That was a major improvement!

Today is  Monday again,,
B-slimfast lo carb  and coffee
S-protein bar
L- cottage cheese and tomatoes
D- beans and ham and amybe a small muffin
S- sugar free jello with reddi whip on top

Hi Linda,

Well I feel  a little better today. I slept from 11 pm till 3 am and then back to bed til 5:30.  But I think I need another antibiotic,have a temp again this am.  I have to call the doc this am.

I did manage to eat a scrambeled egg and a 2 slices turkey bacon this am.  Not sure how the rest of the day will go....but I do feel hungry...Annette said the prednisone can do that  so I hope I don't start grazing.

Hi everyone. 

Love your new picture, Linda, and hope you are eating better soon. 

I'm still stuck at 210 pounds even after all that exercise last week but I'm hanging in as best as  can.  Had some buttered popcorn at the movies on Saturday and a bourbon/water after.  But otherwise the weekend was OK.  It helped that I was a football widow and Gil's snacks weren't around to tempt me.

B coffee/ protein wafer
s tangerine
L white bean soup
s protein drink
D pork stir fry
s Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

Grief does strange things to our appetites. Just do your best with food.

I have had to remind myself to stay out of Tom's plate, just as I asked (*****ed at?) him to do with me. As I was doing my hair and make-up, he was eating a gigantic plate of pasta for breakfast.  Not a healthy meal for me, but he sure loved i****ch, he'll probably lose 5 pounds just cutting out cookies.

I don't care about the pounds, he looks good to me. The high BP is my concern.

Hello all

Just getting to post and it is after 7PM.

B.  scrambled egg and 1 sm slice buttered whole wheat toast

S protein shake

L soup, lean pocket 1 slice bread with peanut butter (I was starving)

S. grapes and a banana

D. small piece of pork chop, a little mashed potatoes and a little corn

S.  protein shake.

Hope to do better tomorrow.
