I just wanted to say hi and wish everyone a wonderful Sunday!  I is cold in New York but not as bad as it was Friday.  We had some snow today and we expect a bit more tomorrow.  I am really ready for Spring!

Hi Marcia.  I hope you had a wonderful Sunday as well  I see on the weather channel that you have had alot of snow and cold as well as have.  It was 35* "ABOVE" here today.....wonderful after after having 35* "BELOW" last week!  Spring will be sooooo welcome.

Congratulations on your weight loss.  You are doing very well.  I had my RNY November 19,2008 and have lost 51 pounds so far and am doing really well. What a ride this has been so far!!

Good to hear from you.

I had a great Sunday.  I almost feel guilty seeing as it is so cold and miserable elsewhere.  Got up at 6:00 this am.  Our church service has been moved to 8:30 am and if I am not up by 6:00 the voice doesn't work by choir time.  Of course I don't need that much time to get ready so DH and I left early and went to La Madeline's for breakfast.  I was pleased to find they had diet friendly items.  So I chose one of those.  I had scrambled egg substitute and oatmeal.  I have never eaten the egg substitute before but it was quite good and the oatmeal was real not instant so I was happy.  Going to church early means getting out early and it was a gorgeous day.  So we decided to go to Galveston.  We spent the rest of the day walking along the beach in balmy 70 degree weather with a light breeze that made our chill factor probably 65 or so....SORRY....

We then ate at an Italian restaurant  where I just had a small salad and a meatball in marinara sauce.  Good protein and shouldn't be too bad on the fat.  I thought I did pretty good for being in an Italian restaurant.  None of the fish or chicken dishes were made without goopy sauces so I went for the meatballs.  Came home threw a load of whites in the washer then dryer and am now reading today's posts.  All in all I had a great day.  Hope everyone else had a happy Sunday ! !

Hi Connie!
It is snowing here tonight and I need to get out tomorrow. I have grocery shopping to do, books to return at the library & then go to the gym. I just hope that we don't get much snow...
Enjoy your week!
