Did You Move To Lose Today? Still on the wagon?
Hey Everyone
Well it's been almost 30 days since we were all rah, rah, about getting back on track with food, exercise, vitamins or what ever we wanted to improve on... How we doing?
If you are right on, FABULOUS, keep it up
If it's been hit or miss, don't worry it's a good start
If you have given up and feel like you failed again
DON'T
Take it one day at a time, and feel good about what you have done today, before you know it today will become a week and a week a month...
So get out those sweats and let's MOVE TO LOSE
I did 3 miles on the treadmill today and hope to do some free weights tonight after work
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on in and let's get going
Stay Strong, Sexy and Sassy
Take care,
Kathy

Kathy, I really appreciate your pep talks. Haven't been moving like I meant to. It is so easy to not make the time. Other responsibilities and challenges get in the way and exercise is always the first thing to go.
Here's the new plan. I've moved a machine into my bedroom so I can do 15 minutes in the morning and then 15 minutes at lunch in the gym at work. What could be easier than that?
I know if I just stick to this plan I will feel so much better about myself. And the scale should start moving again too. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
Thanks for posting, Carmel Valley Linda

Met with trainer today. Finalized a sequence for my stretches and strength training. I will do the stretches and weights M W F with cardio and on T TH just the cardio. He wants me to skip a day between weights. I could also do the stretches daily. Today I did light workout as I hade to get downtown to Methedist Hospital to ultrasound my leg to check the status of my DVT. Still there....no surprise.
