I just about did it.. 2.5 mos out and eat'n good shedding lbs
in baltimore on business gett'n a craving around noon- no packed lunch  PANIC - BACK TO OLD HABITS 7/11 stuff or jus up the street burger king.
THANK YOU WLS GOD - Got stuck in traffic - insert chewing gum lived to fight another day

I ASK THIS IN THE NAME OF THE LORD.YOU WILL NOT CRAVE ANY BAD FOODS FOR YOU.I KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT.I HAD A BAD DAY TODAY WITH MY 36 YEAR OLD SON GIVE ME H---LL.MY NERVE ARE ON ENDS THAT I ALSO BEEN SNACKING TO MUCH.HOPE IT WILL BE A BETTER DAY TOMORROW.

Two good places to stop for eats when on the run:

Wendy's - Chili

McDonalds - grilled chicken patty, no bread.  My McD's charges $1 for it.  I have them slice it in strips and I am good to go.

I agree....keep a protein bar with you at all times. I eat Pure Protein Bars. They have 20 grams of protein and only 2 grams of sugar. They come in many flavors....I like the  chocolate deluxe the best...yummy!!

George is right...Wendy's Chili is the bomb!!!!

Thanks all for the imput.  Lunch time needs better planning when on the road.  Will take a box of prot bars and stuff them in the back next to the first aid kit Ha
the lipton white diet tea is pretty good and beats h2o anytime.
