Did You Move To Lose Today? Ice Ice Baby!

Hey Everyone

I hear parts of the country is covered in ice and is freezing  My heart goes out to you, welcome to my world    Get out those exercise bands, put on some music and dance baby dance   and if you have stairs they are great for pushups and cardio

But most of all, stay safe 

I was able to get in some time on the treadmill this morning and need to do some lower body stuff tonight.  Lunges and squats...OH MY

I did 2 miles of a Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds video this morning, plus the usual dog walking (in windy, 17 degree weather that is unheard of in my area).  Tonight I will do some core/ab exercises with my fitness ball.  I have to hide in the bedroom when I use the fitness ball because one of my dogs thinks the ball is a toy (even though it's twice his size).
