I know I don't normally post on this thread, but it was nice to see you posting again so I had to stop by.

I am eating eggplant casserole as I type this, along with brocolli and cheese.  Same thing for lunch and supper (I don't mind doing that)  For breakfast egg and cheese omolet.

Snacks were goldfish (the crackers, not the pets) and some chex mix.  Also cheese cubes.

It takes a lot of work to maintain this body of mine.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Morning all.

I have had a cup of coffe and about 2/3 of a banana.  I also had a scrambled egg, but that didn't stay down.  Guess I need to stick with oatmeal.

I also need to do some refridgerator cleaning today so will be having leftovers for lunch and doing something with the turkey breast leftovers for supper.  The turkey breast also didn't agree with me but maybe covered up with something it will do better.

Have a good day all.

hi jeane

i had trouble with leftovers for a long time after my surgery

make sure if there is any fat that stayed on the turkey after it cooled, that you scrape it off.  also add some gravy or something to make it moist.  maybe that will help.

sometimes i would actually rinse off the cold meat ( i know sounds awful).  lately, although i can do leftovers at this point, i sometimes cube up cooled leftover meats and add them to canned soup to boost the protein.

good luck, hope it agrees this time around

The turkey breast turned out dry. Don't see much fat. I like the idea of cubing it up and adding it to soup.
