Linda,

My husband has today off from work and the weather is supposed to be warmer, so we're planning to bring our 4 puppies and their mom outside to play in the fenced-in portion of our yard.  The last time we did that, everybody had a blast, and it was too much fun watching them scamper around.

B: peanut butter banana protein shake
S: yogurt
L: maybe some steak (it didn't work too well when I tried it yesterday)
S: olive cheese spread w/ Ak Mak crackers
D: chicken baked with apples, honey-soy acorn squash, maybe some coleslaw
S: chocolate protein bar

Hi Linda and OFF family.....I enjoy reading what everyone else is eating.  Gives me some ideas.  They had very good food in the hospital but when they came to get my tray they would look and say: "Is this all are going to eat"? and I would answer that Yes, I was full and could make 3 more meals out of what they brought me.  I am so aware of the amounts of food that are on plates in restaurants and even at the hospital. Hard to believe that I could once have finished the whole thing!!
B. Protein bar (still working on it)
S. Apple/PB
L. FF refried beans/salsa
S. Protein Shake (need to get to the store)
D. Chicken/Veggies
S. Handful of nuts????
So good to see you back Linda!!!

Wishing everyone a wonderful safe weekend.

Sandy

I had a little package of cheese cracker for a snack this morning.

For lunch I had tomato soup with some of the turkey cut up in it and the rest of the banana from breakfast.

I'm trying to push water this afternoon.

Will have a yogurt at 3.

Something with the leftover turkey for supper, green beans

protein shake for snack

Hi folks,
I can't seem to stop grazing today.  Had coffee/protein bar for breakfast.  Then a banana and a handful of peanuts, then a handful of dry kashi and some deli turkey for lunch.  Maybe I'm bored or tired or just out of control.  Thankfully I do seem to be full for the moment.  My plan for the afternoon is water, water, water.  Then maybe beef/vegies for dinner.  This prolonged stall is so frustrating.   It's getting more difficult to stay on track.
Somebody call the WAAAAAmbulance.

Yep, a new boss and no money at work is making me a little anxious.  In fact I kept waking up with anxiety dreams last night.
But I did figure out that my average weight loss since surgery is over 3.5 pounds per week.  That doesn't seem too bad.  Of course those statistics will decline the longer I'm stalled.  I really hope the scale starts moving soon.
Hope you feel better soon.  Hugs, CVL
