Carla, I would meet you anywhere and that includes Starbucks. I can get the "yak yak yadda yadda obbie" which in my simple life is simply decaf iced hazelnut coffee. I don't know a latte from a whatever. But for you I will go to the ends of the earth if I can.

If I sound like the doctor's it must be the medical part of me coming out. I worked in that field for a while and loved it. Now with the back and heart problems that is out of the picture now. I am sorry I sound like the doctor's but I just want you to be alright again and back to our little Carla!

As long as it is fluttering in a good way that is alright.

Raisins are good. Keep up the great work and before you know it things are going to have a taste to them. Maybe they might be a bit different but different is sometimes alright.

Morning Brenda and all:

B - carb master yogurt with 1/2 c Kashi & 1/2 cup
     strawberries
S - cottage cheese jello, 1 wasa cracker
L - Tuna salad, flax seed toast
D - cheesy chicken and cauliflower chowder
      (from bariatriceating.com)

Yesterday was good, stayed pretty much on track and rode the bike 7.2 miles and 52 minutes.

i dont mean this bad Brenda ,but i was just looking at what you eat ,,i could no more get that much down in a day than i could run the new York marathone lol....

B: protein coffee (home made)
s" 2 slices of crisp bacon
L: protein bar
Supper:  protein souffle
snack : havent had it yet
