Karen congratulations on your 4 years of accomplishments.  You are such a person to look up to and follow .  I hope to have my weight off and be able to play with my granddaughters and watch them grow up. Keep up the good work.

Cheryl, Thank you. You are doing amazingly well on your weight loss journey. By summer you will be truly amazed at what all you can do.

Look at you! At goal. I'm still not there. I think sometimes I am afraid to get there. I never have been able to maintain. . . But I will keep working at it. Vigilence must be my motto!

It still amazes me every day that with all the medical community knows so many of us are denied insurance coverage for our WLS... I thank God every day that these surgeries were available for us.  

May each year continue to be better and better for you!

Thank you so much Marcia. You are doing amazingly well also. Sometimes we just have to do what we know we need to whether our insurance company agrees or not. You are doing a great job also. Keep it up!

Thank you Jacki, I long to be at goal but will have to really work at it to get there. I've let some old habits creep back into my life and I need to vanquish them yet again! And I will. . .

Happy Annaversary!!!!   It is also 4 years for me!  Now I want to loose 20 LBS.
