WHAT WE ARE EATING AND WHATS EATING US WED
Hiya Katherine,I do wall push ups for my arms,just leaning in,pushing out. I do gentle waist twists,all movement is good movement. Now in the summer...I am a fish, jumping jacks,bicycles,all kinds of stuff like that,and I am on a walker. Mall walking or where ever it's cool is great.

Linda, it's so nice to see your beautiful face! Even though I'm not able to post or read as often as I use to, I missed you big time!
B - 1/2 of an Oscar Meyer lunchable (ham, cheese, but only 2 Ritz crackers)
S - protein shake
L - turkey and cheese wrap with lettuce and tomato
S - yogurt
D - I have no idea! With Ethan visiting over the weekend, I didn't plan our menu for the week. I'm thinking red beans, deer sausage, beets, and rice for George. Although I do have 2 chicken breasts leftover from Sunday.
S - cheese or some nuts
With the worry over George, I'm finding it too easy to slip back into bad habits - stress eating. Yesterday was not a good day. Luckily I fell asleep in the recliner before he got home from work. Poor thing found his own dinner and cleaned the kitchen. He did ask if I wanted anything. Nope, all I wanted was sleep! When I'm sleeping, I can't eat, and dreaming about food is calorie free!

Hi sweet Angel,I hear you about the food dragon,always there,waiting,our drug of choice. The "good girls'drug".
Thank God he has brought us such a mighty long way.
With 300 pounds gone,and my doc telling me I need 6 more of those pounds back,it would be so easy to "mind screw" myself into eating more,instead of just adding some peanut butter,and a slice of 7 grain bread.
We are here,and what a safe place this is for us. You and your wonderful George are in my prayers,I know it is hard for you because he does not want to see you worried.
You are such great,salt of the earth people,my wonderful angel,our Father is going to get you through this.

Hello folks, I've been swamped at work and reading but not posting much. Woke yesterday to roof leaking again and no microwave. Microwave turned out to be only a circuit breaker and a friend is coming today to check the roof tarp. It's always something.
But the sun is shining, I still have a job and an RNY to curb my eating. Lately I'm paying attention to hunger signals and only eating when I seem hungry. Still working on the regular exercise part. Hugs to all y'all. CV Linda
