I am approved!!!!

I just got a letter from my insurance company saying they have approved me for the lap band. I am in a state of shock. I didn't think I would ever get approval. I jumped through all the hoops but to have the letter in my hand is so exciting. Tomorrow I talk to the surgeon to get a date. Wish me luck!

Good News Miss Nancy.....That is great.  It took awhile didn't it?  We've all been there.  The wait is worth the while and I am very happy for you.  We'll be saving your spot on the losers' bench.

Congrats. I got my phone call a few weeks ago and am now in the process of getting all my pre-op stuff done. Who said life begins at 40? HAH!!!
