What we are eating and what's eating us.
Good Morning Miss Linda and all my OFF family. It is minus 20 degrees and a light snow coming down right now. So what else is new??? Not much! As others have said, Linda is the most upbeat person and gives me a lift when I read her posts in the mornings. She makes me laugh and laughter is so good for the soul.
B. Weight control Oatmeal (maple & br. sugar)
S. Choc. prot. shake
L. Home made chili
S. String cheese
D. Some type of chicken and green beans.

I'm still not eating right during the day, but this is helping me to face my poor eating habits instead of ignoring them. I'm just not hungry, but I know that this pattern is bad for me.

Breakfast - skipped. (I know, I know)
Lunch - last of the homemade vegetable soup. Next time, I'll make a yummy soup with some PROTEIN in it to bring for lunch.
Dinner - not home yet. I think I'll broil a small steak and have a couple of brussel sprouts. (yum, brussel sprouts!)
Not enough calories to maintain. And I want to maintain. I'm getting kind of boney.
