What we are eating,and whats eating us,Sunday!
Linda, I have to admit that your weight loss totally amazes me. You have lost a couple of adult people. Can you even fathom that? I am not sure that I could. I am with Annette and when I look in the mirror I see fat also. I can see the loss in my face but no where else. I feel the bones and the ribs and just keep touching them. I remember when I first felt them....I woke Bill up and told him to touch them. He did and said that it was ribs and bones. It didn't seem to faze him at all. But then again he is the one that tells me by looking at clothes if they will fit or not. I just look at them and shake my head and say all the time that I just don't think that this body is going to fit in that small of clothes and low and behold it does. Shocking is all I can say.

Hello friends,
Only half way to goal here so not especially loving my jiggling body yet. But I do like the way I feel. I had the energy to load up three bags full of leaves before the rain came again today. Watched a great cartoon by this famous Japanese animator called Howls Movng House and now Im headed for some housework. This body may not be pretty yet but it does what I need it to do and I think that's great.
B coffee/protein bar
L eggs/toast/few slivers of steak
s Little Cutie tangerines and a handful of almonds
D pork roast/vegies/apple sauce
s SF fudgecycle

Svelte - with 301 lbs gone you certainly are, along with beautiful, witty, and charming.
I didn't do as good today as I've been doing. Tomorrow WILL be better.
B - omelette made with one whole egg, two egg whites, some onion, ham, and cheese. George and I shared it and there was some left
S - protein shake
L - a very small ham and Swiss sandwich made on a 3 inch piece of French bread. I ate half the bread.
S - 1/2 cup homemade chicken noodle soup with lots of carrots, onions, celery, and a handful of fresh spinach
S - a single serving size bag of Cheetos
D - 3 oz broiled salmon, broccoli, turnips, and a spoonful of roasted potatoes
S - Jello sugar free pudding
