Good morning Linda,
Busy weekend here moving possessions, furniture and cleaning for the new housemate, Kevin, who moved in on Sunday.  My friend, Gil, helped with the heavy moving.  I survived the first night living with a strange man without incident although I woke a few times.  It seems to be working out OK and I am really glad although muscles are sore today.  Now I have to organize my room since I moved some stuff out of the spare room and into my room.
Having a tenant is good for my housekeeping.  

My menu is getting a little boring, probably for you too, but here it is.

B coffee/protein bar
L homemade chili with ground chuck
S sweet clementines
D leftover pork roast and artichoke with lite mayo
S SF pudding

Good morning sweet Linda.....so happy to see you here today. I was begining to worry.

I am putting one foot in front of the other. The challenges with family continue. I feel like I am teetering on the edge of the cliff!!

 < --- hamster, that's me lately.
I'm running as fast as I can but everything is going too fast. This time change hasn't helped either. Enough complaining, here is my menu
B - kashi, cottage cheese, berries
L - chicken & green salad
D - green beans in sauce & cottage cheese
S - apple & peanut butter.

You take is slow and easy lovely Linda. Can't have you bumping that pretty face or any other part of the body.
