Apples are better, fruits have good sugars, just some more than ever.if you put good carbs in google or any search engine you use,you will get a list and it's contents.

I read on the diabetic google for carbs tha****ermelon is the best fruit with the less carbs.  So I have some of that with my cheese sticks, and sf jello with ff/sf cool whip.

Protein fills you up,carbs make you crave...for now I would eat as much protein as it takes, thats what my NUT told me,I am no expert,I can only share my personal experience.

I got some string cheese and turkey bacon at the store this afternoon.  Am going to have some string cheese (2) with my sf/jello.

Thanks,

This list is strictly for those supporting each other during carb withdrawal. There is NO judgment or criticism, just a buncha helping hands to help you out.

you can still read, even if you don't post. the support is there for you, even if you are invisible. you know you are not alone as ppl try and fail, try and fail, then........ they succeed.

We've all had the carb battle. Hence the reason for a separate list dedicated to menus, recipes, much cheering.
