Kathy - I didn't get to post on Sunday - but did my 30 minutes on the treadmill and 10 arm exercises with weighted ball. Yesterday was not a good day - felt bad all day with a cold and headache plus I had worked night shift at the hospital and we were soooo busy. I basically slept all day and got up for drink and bathroom. I think I had a cup of tomato soup and that was all I managed. Today is better. Although I am babysitting my grand daughter, I have managed to get in 2 short walks outside. Will have to concentrate on the treadmill this evening for at least 30 minutes of non-stop exercise.
Now if the scale would just start moving again....
