What are we eating this Sunday?
Sorry Linda, but I didn't see this yet today and really needed to make a commitment.
B--scrambled egg and 1/2 banana
s. protein shake
L 1/2 chicken chef salad
s. protein shake
D 1/2 chicen chef salad
s. cantalope and protein shake
Weight is creeping up by 1/2 pounds and need to get on the stick!

Good morning Jeane...
I'm glad you started this thread. I was just looking for it.
In order to try to break a stall or plateau I'm going mostly protein with a little fruit and veggies and that's going to be it for me until I leave on vacation this Wednesday.
B- turkey
S- strawberries
L- salad with chicken
S- fruit or raw veggies of some type
D-turkey and green beans
S-sugar free popsicle(s)
None of my favorite carb treats until the weight goes down again.
Jeane I hope your new resolve puts a stop to your little 1/2# gains. I know I'll be at the gym later. We got SNOW last night so after they get the streets plowed I'm heading out.

I usually don't post here because I don't always know what's on my daily menu, but today I do! I keep reading this thread because I'm not good at figuring out any type of snack.

L - tuna mixed with 1/2 hard boiled egg & mayo; 5 crackers
D - tilapia, small tossed salad, edamame
I have no idea about a snack. Usually I don't feel hungry so I bypass any attempt, in fact, I feel GUILTY when I eat my meals, especially if I feel even close to being full.

Yesterday, all I had was 1 pork chop & a few pretzels all-day!!
I just haven't felt like eating. I know I need to get a better schedule going, but, with
the new meds I am taking just don't feel like eating. Hope the weight loss will show on
Monday when I see my Doc. That would be a great help!!
Oh Yeah Lots of coffee & 30 oz. of water.
Good afternoon, Jeane, and I hope that today is good for you.
It is so cold here and I can't get warm. My throat is hurting off and on and so I am going to the doctor tomorrow so that is on my list to tell her. We have the heat on 80 and I am still freezing and even cold to touch so something is not right. I wonder if my blood pressure is down again. It has been going down a lot so I have to check that all the time. Oh the woes of growing old!
Food for today is..........
B: 5 grapes and 5 small cubes of cheese with a small glass of milk
(compliments of coffee hour after church)
L: 1/2 a deli peppered turkey breast sandwich with mustard
D: meat loaf and steamed veggies
S: who knows......not me!
