Is there a change?
It's not an OH problem.... I'm on verizon and I get all my emails... most people *****port this problem are on Yahoo and when they look in their spam folder they find all their OH emails are going there.....

A lot of people (including me) on the lap-band forum have mentioned this problem. I reported it to OH member services, who first told me to check my Spam/Junk Mail folder (nothing there), then told me to list [email protected] as a Safe Sender in my e-mail program. That did not help. Finally (on March 29), OH said that because of the number of complaints about this, the matter has been referred to their IT department. Goodness knows how long it will take them to figure it out and fix it.

I guess I am in the middle since I get some of them on my Hotmail address and others I do not get there. Not sure what is going on here.......but it seems like it OH problems again. I am not sure why they keep changing something when it works.........don't they know "If it works don't fix it!"
