I am curious

I know, so far Tigers record stinks! I just love baseball too. We usually go to A or AA games. We have a new team up here. Last year we hosted a couple players for 2 weeks. We live way out in the country so if they need an extra bed we have one. We are about 4 hrs from Tiger stadium.(comerica park) I haven been to a Tigers game in years. Just on TV. Good luck this weekend & I will pray for your team too, they probley won't need it!

I've been missing you on the TMB but I understand how you feel. I think I would stay there and keep posting and not give the few grinches the satisfaction of your leaving! But that's just me! For every 1 grinch with a problem and attitude there are 20 that love what you do.

Please don't leave OH altogether, I'd miss your unique perspective on all kinds of things. I'm not a baseball nut but I enjoy that you enjoy it so much and share your love of it with us. You're part of our family, our dear brother. We need you!

Leaving OH is not even in the thought process at this time.  I was just trying to be considerate of the women here.  But they have spoken.  You will have George to kick around (if you want).

As far as TMB, I have posted a couple of things, but I stay away from anything that can be leaning towards controversy.

Who would I talk baseball with if you left? No, no, no, don't leave ... there's no reason for anyone to feel they're unwelcome. We all have a place here. I miss seeing Floyd here more often, especially after meeting him a couple of times. Please, stick around.

With the start my Rangers are having, I can't leave.  Got to keep everything going.

I dunno man... I just feel like ****asionally) a lot of the women who come here want and need a place that is for women only.... which I can totally understand...

i generally say what I actually feel, and that caused hassles too... so lately I find it a lot easier to just check in and read what's going on but stay in the background... I bared my soul a couple of times here and both times I got stomped for it.... so you know, once bitten, twice shy... twice bitten, forget it...

marc...it's good to see you chime in here-and i agree that there are some of the OFF gals who would prefer it to be a girls only board...that is their problem....and it tends to get under my second nerve a bit when i see it...

i think of you often and wonder how the job is doing? your feet? your lunches and snacks? just in general since we never hear from you anymore...you could pm ya know!

anyhow- thanks for chiming in to give george some support- you guys need to hang together a bit more...and i am NOT talking about the men's fartforum

Looks like the girls want us to stay Marc.  I also understand what you are saying, and I will just back off on those threads that appear the girls don't need/want a male perspective. 

From what I have seen, the problem some of the gals have with you is your weird sense of humor.  But, you know what?  That's what makes you Marc.  Please hang around with me.  I don't think I can handle all these women alone.
