Reflux

I had band surgery in November and now I am having some serious reflux issues since this past weekend.  Everything feels like it's getting stuck and trying to come back up even water.  Sometimes I just have to sit very still and concentrate saying to whatever is in my throat "go down, go down".  I know it sounds crazy but before I call my doctor any thoughts on what's happening?

I don't know anything about band issues, but I'd call your doctor. Doesn't sound good to me at all. If you had gastric bypass, it would sound like a serious issue, but don't know with a band.

Banders, any ideas?

I had a band for 2 1/2 years.  It sounds as though you are too tight, but my advice is to contact your doctor and see what he says.  Let us know what happens.
