Hi Margo and my OFF family:
I do understand about the allergies ... I'm on four meds now during allergy season. I'm trying Zyrtec-D instead of the Allegra-D 24-hour I get as a prescription ... trying to save some money. We'll see if it works once allergy season is in full bloom because the Zyrtec is just 12 hour.
I love all the details about your trip ... what a great adventure. I've always wanted to take a cruise through the Panama Canal. And Costa Rica sounds fun too ... my friend Rox and her hubby went kayaking in Costa Rica one year (before her hubby got a fear of flying) ... she said it was gorgeous down there and much safer than the trip they took to Honduras.
Not much going on here ... not hump day for me yet, just the second day of the week. Work was OK yesterday. Had my wellness checkup, and I passed ... although every year, they get on me about my BMI being 30 and tell me I'm obese ... by percentage points. I tell them I used to be 350 pounds so give me a break. I'm probably not going to lose any more weight so me being 170 pounds is pretty damn good. I get pissed off at that BMI chart measuring everyone ... it's not always an accurate measurement of your health. Oh, and by the way, my cholesterol, blood glucose and blood pressure were all good. So take that, you wellness folks!

We had hail here yesterday, too. Twice! Today is a bright, sunny, blue-sky day, but windy! It's so nice to see the spring flowers and trees blooming.
Tonight is the first T-ball game for the grandkids. I can't wait. My son is the manager/coach this year and is excited as all get out about it. There is no "winner" or "loser" in the games, just a good time for the kids.
Not much else on my plate for today except for a walk (and maybe wishing I were heading to Costa Rica or Panama).

Elaine, there's a wonderful book about a group of women who just start walking and walking and walking. Someone help me out here with the name? I'd love to reread it myself. Maybe we can do that someday. I'll start here on the west coast and just stop along the way picking you all up. We might have to hitch a ride a few places, and definitely a boat when we get all the way around to get to Maui to pick up Karen S! I'll come back with the title if I can remember it!
