Saturday What's new from Columbus Ohio
We thought there was a strange cat in the yard. (I have cats on my brain lately) It was a red fox. Such a beautiful critter.
Our trip is rapidly approaching. Tom can't stay the entire time so he will leave me there, drive home then come back. I'll be gone 2 weeks, he can stay for one.
Warm weather is predicted for this week. It is about time!!!!

My son-in-law received a 10 day trip to Hawaii from his job and I'm staying with my Southern Grands. This will be their first vacation without the kids.
I can talk to M&M on the phone. Miss M will ask for "a prize please". We have a new routine. I hide a "prize" in a pocket or up my sleeve, they search for it when I walk in the door. My big little guy just gets anxious and thinks I am in the house if Mary puts me on the speaker phone. That part will be tough on me too.
I can use a computer in Virginia. Ya' don't want me to go through OFF withdrawal do you?
The neighbor returns on the 30th, we leave on the 4th. Should be interesting.

Annette, I must be experiencing my CRS again because I can't remember hearing anything about a trip. So, sister dear, what is going on and where you going?

It's going to be a beeeUteeeful day today! Gary is already out to estate and community yard sales stocking up for his e-bay/amazon.com business. Sales were slow over the last couple of weeks, tax time, you know. So, it's start to pick up and he's looking for "stuff".
I don't have to go to wor****il 11:30 so I'm doing some Saint Bella production this morning to take to Tess' store. They're having a sale, so I'd like to get these new things to her. We make a really cool lip scrub made from vegan sugars and butters that makes you lips smooth and moisturized, and now we have it in three flavors. This morning I'll mix up the cinnalicious and the brown sugar. Then, I've made a really wonderful cuticle butter, so I'll try to get some of those jarred and labeled up too.
Annette, your fox sighting reminded me I didin't tell you about what happened the other night on the way home. I was scooting down this major roadway about dusk and the light at an intersection was green, but all the cars were stopped. I thought there might have been an accident because of the way one car was parked and the driver was out in the middle of the road. Well, there was a mom, dad and three baby geese in the road and this guy was herding them out of the way. The geese did not like it one bit...honking and waddling the whole way, babies trying to keep up, but he got them out of harms way in spite of their protests. It made my day.

hi everyone
its going to be gorgeous in jersey today, im so excited. of course i think we
skipped spring, its supposed to be mid 80's, yikes thats getting warm.
i saw a fox run across my patio this winter, it was beautiful!!!! i didnt think
we had them because im in a very settled area, but apparently we do.
come to think of it, we have lots of deer around also, unfortunately when
i see them they are usually on the side of the road, ( sigh), so sad.
anyway, enjoy everyone

What a beautiful day In Michigan! I got to work early like 530 am to get the laundry and house work done so we can go play the rest of the day out in the gorgeous weather. I just went to put together a baby quilt for hubby's grandniece and discovered that my embroidered squares are all gone so the next few days including todays drive time ill be embroidering like crazy to get the quilt done in time.

We still have a loud roar of motorcycles here until tomorrow. (40,000+) not as many as years
past, but, still a good amount for the 5 day event.
Weather wise it's a bit windy (as usual around
these parts), but, suppose to be much cooler in the 70's verses 90 & 100's this past week. That
is a good thing was too hot too early.
Still no job, but, more popping up in the paper, so, hopefully I will have one soon.
My Doc is very pleased with my wieght loss since February- 25 lbs. Much better than I thought was possible. I like the numbers too!! I might just get below that 200 lbs for the first time since
surgery 5 yrs ago. I know the pouch still works, as I don't eat very much any more, I just got way
out of control with the depression and anxeity. Thank God for Zoloft, it really has made the difference in my thinking. Food is not the priority anymore.
Have a great weekend, will try & check in more often.
