Hi Miss Brenda,it sounds great you are getting prepared. I am going to have at least 1 knee surgery,I do not have dates yet. I will probdbly have to have 2 and of course they can not be at the same time.
There is a chance I may have a hip replacement,but I hope not.
I will keep you posted. I am being assigned a special nurse by my jobs insurance carrier as this is going to be a long haul,and I have other things,like passing out and maybe something in my brain,not a stroke,but something going on. They know there are surpressed nerves on the left side,but there is also pain now and then on the right side that hurt like the dickens on the right side,and stops me from beng able to talk or have facial movement,the mes do not work at all.They thought it was trigeminal neuralgia,but now I need tests to see if it is a muscle thing. They wanted to do a test that involved needles put through that side of my face,so I ran and hide,now I can no longer,things must be gotten to and defined.
I am afraid,for I am alone,I have no one to help me,to assist in taking care of me. I am going to call my insurance and see if they have a way to get some assistance. I live in a 2 story townhouse,not the best of ci****tance,but I can not afford to move.
It is all in Gods hands. I am doing everything I can to prepare myself and praying a lot.

Today is beautiful here, 80 degrees. I've been outside working! WOOHOO
Here goes:
B- peanut butter and jelly sad on diet bread.
S=slimfast lo carb shake
L- cottage cheese
D- grilled chicken breast and small salad w ff dressing
S- sugar free jello
Lots of water, its hot out! FINALLY!

I hope you are having a magnificent day. I missed something....surgery???? What's wrong? I missed the results of your MRI/even if you had it (sorry I missed several days here). I hope that you are doing good.
I'm sore - geesh, out of shape and old, I guess - lol - attempting to get the flower beds out front weeded. It'll get done little by little. We can't work in the yard from sun up til sundown anymore.
