Hello everyone,hope all is well,I am going to finish reading the Tuesday posts,although I may not respond to them all. I am doing badly with food,so I am doing protein drinks to make sure I get my nourishment.
B- Banana protein drink L-Strawberry Protein drink D- Diced Chicken with noodles (so I can get the chicken in)! S-As much cottage Cheese as I can get in!
I hope everyone does the best they can,and stays as healthy as you can,wash your hands alot!
I have lost almost 20 pounds,not healthy!!
 Praying darn flu does not spread!

Linda,
It starts to get scary when the weight slides off more than we want. Do your best to stay calm and get in the drinks.

I carry hand sanitizer in my car. When leaving any store, I slather it on my hands. Once home I wash my hands too.

My shrink is an idiot! After all these years he can't see though my BS.

Good morning Sunshine!

Things are a little wacky foodwise yesterday. 

B- Omelet
L - Hambino (grilled ham, cheese and onions on sub roll) only used the bottom of the roll.  Put all the meat on one of the bottoms and covered it with the other.
S - Chicken casserole

Snacks - air popped popcorn, cheese, 3 yogurts.  And a couple of handfuls of cashews.

I don't really feel so bad about it any more.  I went to my PCP today.  He was impressed that I have stayed steady.  He asked about my exercise regiment.  I asked what was exercise.  He asked what I eat.  I said whatever I want.  I told him I have to eat junk to maintain my weight.  He asked what I consider junk.  Told him pretzels, nuts, crackers.  He said that was not junk.  Junk is fast food, fried food and milk shakes.  I do not eat fried food (well, MAYBE once a month), and I have not had a milk shake.  Fast food is limited to good choices, except maybe once a month a burger.  Normally it is grilled chicken.  So, bottom line, he was happy.  So, I am happy.

Those protein drinks sure come in handy, don't they?

I did do some shopping when I was in Jackson yesterday - got fabric to make baby blankets for a pregnant friend and my pregnant niece.  I discovered that my favorite clothing store had closed, which is probably just as well...

B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: shrimp salad, asparagus
S: cheese stick
D: salmon, zucchini
S: SF pudding

Linda....good morning sweetie!!

Sorry you are having trouble eating. I totally understand.
I am concerned about that extra 20 pounds you have lost!!

I am maintaining my weight mostly because of the shakes I take.My appetite sucks!!

I will eat/drink whatever it takes to get my protein in today. I will be traveling for my job all day today.Packing a cooler with a Boost High Protein Shake and some string cheese for sure.

Hi Boo,I ate a little today,but later felt dumpish. The Cottage cheese works for me,and I upped my shakes.
I am going to rest,just wanted to holla at ya.
