Howdy folks,  Status quo here.  Sometimes wish I had trouble eating. I snuck in a couple of cookies and some crackers yesterday but otherwise a good food day.  Hang in there and keep on trucking.  CV Linda

D not sure yet
Snacks fruit and baby bell peppers

Hi All,
I havent posted on the thread for a long time.
Wow Linda 20 more pounds your going to melt....
I started Take Shape for Life Medifast. My cousin is a coach and she is teaching me how to ba a coach too.
So I do 2 shakes a day 30 mg of protien and then salad and veggies and some sort of chicken, Fish Turkey. and 2 medifast bars for I get in the protien. About 55 a day.
Oh and I have upped the water.
Today i have had 1/4 cut tuna salad with lettuce
and will work on the shakes and bars.
about 900 calories a day. I have lost 2 pounds since Saturday.
I want to get back down to 130 and have 12 pounds to go.
Life is good now and I feel better now not eating chit!!!!!
