i dont no where you get these bracelets, but as to what you put on it

usually it is used for certain conditions, like insulin dependant
diabetic, or a heart condition or a severe allergy such as to
penicillin?

it's been a very long time since i bought mine- i bought it online and love it-it's a twistoflex type (like watches) so it is great for me- i'll look at it tomorrow for you--heading to bed now....
it says something like OPEN RNY NO NSAIDS NO BLIND NG TUBE and there is a paper that hides inside with more detail
i paid a bit more because of the band but i do like it--
word of caution- so many ppl make cutsey beaded ones and they really are NOT a good idea--EMT's etc don't have time to look at all of your jewelry to see what is important in emergency!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

hi-i don't wear mine all of the time anymore-i don't wear any jewlery except my wedding ring anymore unless out for special....tho i don't think it would hurt! i DO wear it when we travel.....in your case, with the falling...yes; i think it would be good for you--
the mayflower ppl- well- it wasn't easy!!! i don't have any men who are descended which would have been easier-i am descended thru daughters of some signers-so it took longer --i found a list of the daughters online and traced thru that...but had done alot of looking at my lineage before that part!!!! once you look at some of the names enough times-and think about how many ppl it actually took to make "you" -wow!!! if you only look at the name of whom your direct ancestors are -your grandparents, etc...most ppl probly won't make any connection! do you do genealogy? i can pm you more info later?

Excellent advice. I actually read an article a couple of years ago with the same info. I know people want to look cool, but this is your health and you want to do anything that will assist in the band being read.

My surgeon furnished us a form for stainless steel bracelet. It only cost $15.00 for the bracelet. It does not look fancy but, the front of the plate has a medical symbol which should get the medical personnel's attention. I have been wearing it since my surgery because I am afraid someone would do something to my baby tummy.
